Non-POS Sales Menu

Purpose

This page lists Non-POS sales (transactions created outside the main POS flow). You can use it to monitor transactions, add payments, process returns, edit sales, and print/share receipts.

Main Sections

1) Header

  • Select-all checkbox (for the current page).
  • Filter button (payment status, sale status, created by).
  • Calendar button (date range).
  • Theme toggle (light/dark).
  • “+” button (open POS to create a new sale).
  • Search by reference number or customer.
  • Voice search may be available.

3) Sales List

Each card typically shows:

  • Customer (with a selectable checkbox).
  • Payment status badge (PAID/PARTIAL/DUE).
  • Sale status badge (COM/RET/PEN).
  • Date and reference number.
  • Biller and created-by user.
  • Totals: Grand Total, Paid, Balance.

4) Selection Summary

When you select transactions, a summary appears showing totals for the selected items:

  • Grand Total
  • Paid
  • Balance

Actions on a Transaction Card

  • Print (printer icon): open receipt preview (print/share).
  • R: process a return.
  • E: edit the transaction.
  • Tap Grand Total / Balance: open sale details.
  • Tap Paid: open Add Payment.

Filtering

  • Filter icon: opens the filter modal.
  • Calendar icon: selects a date range.

Filter fields typically include:

  • Payment Status: all, paid, partial, due, pending, overdue.
  • Sale Status: all, completed, returned, partial.
  • Created By: search a user and pick from the list.

Filter modal buttons:

  • Reset: clear filters.
  • Apply Filters: apply filters.

Sale Details (Modal)

The sale details modal typically includes:

  • Transaction info (ref, date, customer, biller).
  • Grand total, paid, balance.
  • Items list (qty, price, subtotal).
  • Payments history (method, date, amount).
  • Payment edit action (if available).

Add Payment (Modal)

Opened by tapping Paid on a sale card. Usually contains:

  • Transaction summary.
  • Payment history.
  • Payment form:
    • Amount
    • Method: cash, BRI, BNI, BCA, Mandiri (depending on setup)
    • Note (optional)
  • Save payment button

If the register is not opened:

  • The app may show a button to open the register (or open in web).

Receipt Preview (Modal)

Usually shown after tapping Print:

  • Print
  • Share
  • Close

Quick Usage Flow

  1. Use search or filters to find the transaction.
  2. Open details, or tap Paid to add a payment.
  3. Use Print to preview/print/share the receipt.
  4. Use R for returns, or E to edit.

Tips

  • Use a tight date range for faster loading.
  • Select multiple transactions to get a quick totals recap.
  • Pull-to-refresh if the list doesn’t update.
