Payments Report Menu

Purpose

Payments Report helps you review money in/out, filter by date range and related parties, and open linked transaction details (sales, purchases, expenses).

Main Sections

1) Header

  • Select all: select all rows on the current page.
  • Date range: open the start/end date picker.
  • Filter: open advanced filters.

2) Summary

  • Total Returned: total return value (shown as a negative value).
  • Totals by payment method: summary per cash, BRI, BNI, BCA, Mandiri, and other methods (depends on configuration).

3) Payments List

Each row typically shows:

  • Customer or supplier name
  • Amount (tap to open linked details if available)
  • Transaction date
  • Recorded by user
  • Type badge (received/sent/returned/expense)
  • Method badge

Amount links (when IDs exist):

  • Sale detail if there is a sale_id
  • Purchase detail if there is a purchase_id
  • Expense detail if there is an expense_id

4) Selection Summary (Floating)

Appears when one or more items are selected:

  • Selected count and net total
  • sent/expense/returned types are counted as negative values

Date Range

  • Defaults to today (commonly).
  • Pick start/end dates; data reloads automatically.

Advanced Filters (Modal)

Common filters:

  • Customer: search by name/company (often minimum 2 characters)
  • Supplier: search by name or ID (often minimum 2 characters)
  • User: search by username or ID (often minimum 2 characters)
  • Payment type: Returned, Sent, Received, Expense, or All
  • Payment method: All, cash, BRI, BNI, BCA, Mandiri

Buttons:

  • Reset: clear filters.
  • Apply: apply filters and reload.

Transaction Details (Linked Screens)

Depending on what the payment is linked to, you may open:

  • Sales detail: invoice info, customer, biller, totals, items, payments.
  • Purchase detail: supplier, status, warehouse, totals, items.
  • Expense detail: reference, date, warehouse, category, amount, user, notes.

Quick Usage Flow

  1. Select the date range you need.
  2. Apply filters to focus on a customer/supplier/user.
  3. Select items to calculate the net total.
  4. Tap an amount to open the linked transaction detail.

Tips

  • Use selection to reconcile specific payment batches.
  • If results are too many, filter by type and payment method first.
  • Net total becomes negative if most records are sent/expense/returned.
