Customers Menu

Purpose

The Customers page is used to search, view, and manage customer data, including quick access to edit, reports, and purchase history.

Main sections

  1. Header

    • Shows total customers count.
    • Filter button for advanced filters.
    • Add button to create a new customer.
  2. Pencarian Cepat

    • Search field for name/address.
    • Voice search button.
  3. Kartu Pelanggan

    • Customer logo (if any).
    • Customer name.
    • Total purchase amount.
    • Quick actions:
      • Edit: open customer edit form.
      • Report: open customer report.
      • 🕘: open purchase history.
    • Additional info:
      • Last transaction date.
      • Created-by user.
      • Short address.
  4. Navigasi Data

    • Scroll to load more data.
    • Status below the list: loading or all data loaded.

Advanced filters (modal)

  1. Filter by Created (owner/admin only)
    • Search created-by user (min. 2 characters).
  2. Shopping recency
    • All
    • 1 Month
    • 1–2 Months
    • 3 Months

Buttons:

  • Reset: clear filters.
  • Apply: save filters and reload data.

Purchase history (modal)

Tap 🕘 on a customer card to see:

  • Customer transaction list.
  • Purchase amounts and brief details.

Quick usage flow

  1. Search customers by text or voice.
  2. Use filters if needed.
  3. Tap Edit/Report/🕘 as required.
  4. Scroll to load more customers.

Tips

  • Use Shopping recency to find inactive customers.
  • If results are empty, reset filters and search again.
