Non-POS Sales Menu

Purpose

This page lists Non-POS sales so you can monitor them, view details, add payments, print and share receipts, and process returns or edits.

Main sections

  1. Header

    • ✅ Select all: select all items on the page.
    • 🔎 Filter: open status and created-by filters.
    • 📅 Date: select a date range.
    • 🌙/☀️ Mode: toggle dark/light theme.
    • ➕ POS: go to the POS page to create a new transaction.
  2. Search

    • Search by reference number or customer.
    • Voice Search is available for faster input.
  3. Sales list

    • Shows customer, date, reference, biller, and created by.
    • Payment status badge (paid/partial/due/overdue/pending).
    • Sale status badge (completed/pending/returned/partial).
    • Quick actions:
      • 🖨 Print: print the receipt.
      • R: return the sale.
      • E: edit the sale.
    • Grand Total, Paid, and Balance amounts can be tapped to open details/payments.
  4. Selection summary (floating)

    • Appears when items are selected.
    • Shows total grand, total paid, and total balance for selected transactions.

Filters (modal)

Available filters:

  1. Payment Status: all, paid, partial, due, pending, overdue.
  2. Sale Status: all, completed, returned, partial.
  3. Created By: search the user who created the transaction.

Buttons:

  • Reset: restore default filters.
  • Apply Filters: apply filters to the list.

Date range

Use the calendar icon to select a date range. Data updates automatically based on your selection.

Sale details (modal)

Shown content:

  1. Transaction info: reference, date, customer, biller.
  2. Summary: grand total, paid, balance.
  3. Product list: name, qty, price, discount, tax, subtotal.
  4. Payments: method, amount, note.
  5. Updated by info (if any).

Add payment (modal)

Before adding a payment, the system ensures the register is open. If the register is not open:

  1. You will see a prompt to open the register.
  2. You can open the register on the web via the provided button.

Payment form:

  1. Amount.
  2. Payment method: cash/BRI/BNI/BCA/Mandiri.
  3. Note (optional).

Button:

  • Save Payment: saves and refreshes data.

Edit payment (modal)

If the payment list has an Edit button:

  1. Choose a payment method.
  2. Update amount, reference, or note.
  3. Save changes.

Receipt preview

When you tap Print:

  1. A receipt preview appears.
  2. You can print to a printer.
  3. You can share via WhatsApp/Email.

Quick usage flow

  1. Set the date range.
  2. Search transactions by text or voice.
  3. Tap a transaction for details.
  4. Add payment or edit if needed.
  5. Use Print/Share for receipts.
  6. Select multiple transactions to calculate totals.

Tips

  • Use payment filters to focus on due/overdue transactions.
  • Use E to edit transactions.
  • Use R to process returns.
