Stock Adjustment History (Hist Adj) Menu

Purpose

The Hist Adj page shows a summary of stock adjustments per product for a selected date range and warehouse.

On this page you can:

  • See which products are adjusted most often (adjustment_count).
  • See total stock additions and subtractions in the period.
  • See adjustment cost values (cost/unit and total cost).
  • Filter by warehouse, date, keywords, and sorting.

Title: Hist Adjustment

Header icons:

  1. 🏬 Warehouse
    • Choose which warehouse to analyze.
  2. 📅 Date
    • Select report date range.
  3. 🧰 Filter
    • Configure sorting and direction (ASC/DESC).

Summary

At the top of the list you will see 3 summary cards:

  1. Total Cost
    • Total adjustment cost in the selected period.
  2. Cost +
    • Total cost from stock adjustments that increase stock (positive).
  3. Cost -
    • Total cost from stock adjustments that reduce stock (negative/out).

This summary helps you quickly understand how stock adjustments impact cost.

Below the summary, there is a search field:

  • Placeholder: “Search products (name/code)…”

How to use:

  1. Type product name/code.
  2. The list searches automatically after a short delay.

Select warehouse (🏬)

  1. Tap the 🏬 icon.
  2. A “Select Warehouse” modal appears.
  3. Tap the warehouse you want.

After selecting a warehouse, the data reloads automatically.

Select date range (📅)

  1. Tap the 📅 icon.
  2. Select start and end dates.
  3. Tap Apply.

Default range is typically from the start of the year until today.

Sorting filter (🧰)

Tap 🧰 to open the “Filter Data” modal.

Urutkan (Sort)

Available sort options:

  • Last: by last adjustment time (last_adjustment)
  • Stock: by total stock (stock_total)
  • Total: by total adjustment (total_adjustment)
  • Count: by number of adjustments (adjustment_count)
  • Cost: by cost (cost)

Arah (ASC/DESC)

  • DESC: large → small
  • ASC: small → large

Tap Apply to apply filters and reload data.

Data list (per product card)

Each product card shows:

  1. Product name and product code.
  2. Last
    • Time of the last adjustment for the product.
  3. Summary chips:
    • Stock: current total stock (stock_total)
      • (addition): total stock added in the period
      • (subtraction): total stock reduced in the period
    • Net: total_adjustment
    • Count: number of adjustment events (adjustment_count)
  4. Cost
    • Cost/unit: cost_price
    • Cost: net_cost (total adjustment cost in the period)

Load More (Scroll)

If there is more data, scroll down to load the next page. While loading, a loading indicator appears. When finished, you will see “Done”.

Refresh Data

Pull down to refresh data using the current filters.

If an error occurs

If an error appears:

  1. Tap Retry in the error box.
  2. Narrow the date range or clear the search keyword.
  3. Check your connection and login status.

Tips

  • Use Count DESC to find products adjusted most often (can indicate stock/flow issues).
  • Use Cost DESC to find adjustments with the biggest cost impact.
  • Pick a specific warehouse for a more focused audit (for example the main warehouse).
