Stock Chart Menu

Purpose

The Stock Chart page shows a stock summary in the form of:

  • Total Items: number of items/products counted.
  • Total Quantity: total stock quantity (accumulated).
  • Stock Value Breakdown (pie chart): distribution of stock value into categories (based on server data).

This page is useful for quickly reviewing stock conditions per warehouse or across all warehouses.

  1. Back

    • “Back” button to return to the previous screen.
  2. Title

    • “Stock Chart”
  3. Select warehouse (🏢)

    • 🏢 icon to choose which warehouse to view.
    • You can select All Warehouses (combined) or a specific warehouse.

How to choose a warehouse

  1. Tap the 🏢 icon.
  2. A “Select Warehouse” modal appears.
  3. Choose:
    • All Warehouses to see the combined summary, or
    • a specific warehouse.
  4. After selection, the page loads data based on your choice.

Main content

  1. Warehouse info card

    • Shows the active warehouse (for example “All Warehouses” or a warehouse name).
  2. Loading / Error

    • While loading, you’ll see “Loading data…”.
    • If it fails, an error message and a “Try again” button appear.
  3. Totals

    • Total Items: number of products/SKUs counted.
    • Total Quantity: total stock quantity.
  4. Stock value breakdown (pie chart)

    • The pie chart shows stock value distribution by category (for example top categories/segments).
    • The legend below displays:
      • Category name
      • Value in Rupiah
    • Warna legenda mengikuti warna potongan chart.
    • Legend colors match the chart slices.

If there is no chart data, you will see “No data to display”.

Refresh Data

Pull down to refresh data.

Tips

  • Use All Warehouses to see the global summary.
  • Select a specific warehouse to audit stock per warehouse.
  • If data looks empty, tap “Try again” or pull to refresh.
