Cashier Reports Menu

Purpose

The Cashier Reports page shows cashier register (open/close) reports per user and date range. You can monitor:

  • Open and Close times.
  • Cashier name and email.
  • Cash in hand (starting cash / cash on hand).
  • Summary of cash intake (Total Cash), card (CC Slips), and cheques/transfers.
  • Notes (if any).

This helps with daily/monthly cash audits and checking whether registers were closed correctly.

At the top:

  1. Title: Cashier Reports
  2. Subtitle: shows active filters (example: “All Users · 2026-01-01 → 2026-01-02”)

    • Cash in Hand
    • CC Slips (Total / Submitted)
    • Cheques/Transfer (Total / Submitted) + Net transfer
    • Total Cash (Total / Submitted) + Net cash

If data fails to load, you may see “Failed to load Cashier Reports”. Try:

  1. Pull to refresh.
  2. Reduce the date range.
  3. Turn off “Open only” or change the selected user.
  4. Check your connection and that you are still logged in.

Tips

  • Use Open only to find registers that were not closed.
  • Cash audit: compare “Total Cash” vs “Submit” to confirm deposits match.
  • If there are too many results, narrow by user or use search.
