Daily Sales Menu
Purpose
The Daily Sales page shows a monthly calendar with daily sales summaries and monthly totals. For users with access (Owner/Admin), it can also show profit details per date.
Top section
Back
- Back button to return to the previous screen.
Title
- “Daily Sales”
Month navigation
At the top of the content there is a month panel:
<previous month- Month name (example: “January 2026”)
>next month
When you change the month, the selected date and profit details reset automatically.
Select warehouse (🏢)
Next to the month panel there is a 🏢 icon:
- If you have permission, you can choose:
- All Warehouses, or
- A specific warehouse.
- If you don’t have access, the icon appears disabled.
After selecting a warehouse:
- Selected date and profit details are cleared.
- Data reloads based on the warehouse.
Daily calendar
The calendar shows Monday–Sunday.
How to use:
- Tap a date you want to view.
- If you have profit access, the app loads profit details for that date.
Color indicators:
- Today is highlighted.
- The selected date is highlighted as active.
Important note:
- If you’re not Owner/Admin, tapping a date may show “Profit access is for Owner/Admin only” and profit details won’t be displayed.
This month totals
This section shows:
- Total sales
- Discount
- Shipping
- Tax (tax1 + tax2)
These numbers follow the active month and warehouse selection.
Profit details (per date)
This section appears after selecting a date.
If you have access (Owner/Admin), you may see:
- Sales
- Cost
- Discount
- Expenses
- Adjustments
- Profit
- Return Sales
While loading: “Loading details…”. On error: “Unable to load profit details”.
Refresh Data
Pull down to refresh:
- Monthly daily-sales data
- If a date is selected, profit details for that date
If an error occurs
If you see “Failed to load Daily Sales”:
- Tap “Try again”.
- Check your connection and login status.
- Change month or choose “All Warehouses” (if available).
Tips
- For quick audits, choose “All Warehouses” and review monthly totals.
- For daily analysis, tap specific dates and compare profit.
- If profit cannot be opened, make sure you’re logged in as Owner/Admin.
