Cash Flow Menu

Purpose

The Cash Flow page summarizes cash position, debts/receivables, expenses, and payments within a selected date range. It helps you understand:

  • How much cash is accumulated and the real cash condition.
  • Total expenses in the period.
  • Supplier debt, sales receivables, and personal debt.
  • Sales & profit summary per biller.
  • Payments in/out summary and remaining balance by method.

At the top:

  1. Title: Cash Flow
  2. Subtitle: active date range (example: 2026-01-02 00:00:00 → 2026-01-02 23:59:59)
  3. Buttons:
    • Back: return to the previous screen.
    • Range: choose date range.

Change date range (Range)

  1. Tap Range.
  2. Select start and end dates.
  3. Tap Apply.

Data reloads based on the selected period.

Summary cards

At the top of the content there are summary cards:

  1. Accumulated cash

    • Cash accumulated based on real cash, adjustments, capital debt, and expenses.
    • Hint: “Real … · Adjustment …”.
    • Border color may change (positive/negative) for quick reading.
  2. Remaining Money (Range)

    • Remaining money in the selected range.
    • Hint: “Received … · Sent …”.
  3. Expenses (Range)

    • Total expenses in the date range.
    • Hint shows number of expense items.
  4. Supplier Debt

    • Total debt to suppliers.
    • Hint: “Sales receivables …”.
  5. Aset Bersih

    • Estimated net assets: accumulated cash + receivables + potential stock profit minus personal debt + supplier debt.
    • Hint: “Potential profit …”.

Collapsible sections

Below the summaries are collapsible sections. Tap a section title to toggle. Legend:

  • section collapsed
  • section expanded

1) Sales per Biller

Shows sales summary per biller:

  • Biller
  • Total Invoices
  • Total Items
  • Profit (and margin % when available)

Each row often includes sub-info:

  • Sales (total sales)
  • Cost (total cost)

Why it’s useful:

  • Compare performance between billers.
  • Quickly see which biller generates the most profit.

2) Debt / Receivables

Shows:

  • Personal Debt
  • Sales Receivables

And a top-20 debt/receivables table per biller:

  • Biller
  • Hutang

Why it’s useful:

  • Monitor uncollected receivables.
  • Separate personal debt from operational debt.

3) Expenses

Shows expenses by category:

  • Category
  • Amount

At the bottom there is a Total row.

Why it’s useful:

  • Identify the largest expense categories in the period.

4) Payments

Shows:

  1. Payment totals by type & method
    • Type
    • Method (paid_by)
    • Total
  2. Received / Sent / Remaining summary
  3. Remaining balance by method (for example CASH/TRANSFER)

Why it’s useful:

  • Audit money in vs out in the selected range.
  • See which payment methods still have remaining balance.

Refresh Data

Pull down to refresh cash flow data for the same range.

If an error occurs

If you see an error banner:

  1. Pull to refresh.
  2. Narrow the date range.
  3. Check connection and login status.

Tips

  • Use “Today” to check daily cash.
  • Use “1 week” to view expense trends and remaining cash.
  • If “Accumulated cash” is negative, check Expenses and Payments to find the source.
