Monthly Sales Menu
Purpose
Monthly Sales shows a yearly summary with monthly breakdown. It helps you review performance across months and compare key metrics such as sales, purchases, tax, discounts, shipping, expenses, adjustments, and potential profit (based on server data).
Header
At the top you typically see:
- Title: Monthly Sales
- Subtitle:
Warehouse Name · Year(example: “All Warehouses · 2026”) - Buttons:
- Back
‹previous year›next year- Warehouse selector (only if you have permission)
Year Navigation
- Tap
‹to go back one year. - Tap
›to go forward one year.
Note: the selectable year range may be limited (for example 1970–2100).
Warehouse Selection (If Available)
- Tap Warehouse.
- Pick:
- All Warehouses, or
- a specific warehouse.
- The report reloads using the selected warehouse.
Yearly Summary Cards
At the top, summary cards aggregate the full year (12 months). Depending on server data, you may see:
- Sales (with yearly discounts as a hint)
- Purchases (with yearly adjustments as a hint)
- Potential profit (with yearly expenses as a hint)
- Tax (product tax + order tax breakdown)
- Expenses
- Adjustments
- Shipping
- Load status (loaded months / loading state)
Monthly Breakdown
The “Per Month” section shows month cards (Jan–Dec). Tap a month to open the month detail modal.
Month Detail (Modal)
The month modal typically includes:
- Total Sales
- Total Purchases
- Adjustments
- Expenses
- Discounts
- Shipping
- Total Tax
- Potential (profit)
Tap ✕ to close.
Refresh
Pull down (pull-to-refresh) to reload data for the current year and warehouse.
Troubleshooting
- If data looks incomplete: pull-to-refresh.
- If a year fails to load: switch year and return.
- If warehouse-specific data fails: try All Warehouses.
Tips
- Compare month-to-month for seasonal trends.
- Watch Potential vs Expenses for profitability.
- If taxes spike, open the month detail and compare with sales.
