Overview Menu

Purpose

Overview shows multi-line charts for the last 24 months to help you understand business trends:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Expenses and adjustments
  • Taxes (sales/order/purchase)
  • Additional charges
  • Sales–purchase difference (simplified profit view)

If available from the server, it may also show stock valuation:

  • Stock by Price
  • Stock by Cost
  • Back: return to the previous screen.
  • Title: Overview
  • Refresh: reload overview data.

Loading / Error

  • Loading state shows a “Loading…” indicator.
  • Error state shows a “Failed to load overview” message with a “Try again” action.

Stock Summary (If Available)

If server stock values are provided, you’ll see:

  • Stock by Price (based on selling price)
  • Stock by Cost (based on purchase cost)

Missing values may be shown as “-”.

24-Month Chart

  • X-axis: months (24 months)
  • Y-axis: value (currency)

The chart usually supports a tooltip:

  • Tap and drag to see values per month.

Legend (Line Toggles)

Legend chips let you hide/show lines (examples):

  • Sales tax
  • Order tax
  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Expenses
  • Adjustments
  • Additional charges
  • Purchase tax
  • Sales–Purchases

Tip: hide a few lines if the chart is too busy.

Refresh

Reload via:

  • the Refresh button, or
  • pull-to-refresh.

Tips

  • For revenue trend, focus on the Sales line.
  • For cost trend, show Purchases and Expenses.
  • For tax review, enable sales/order/purchase tax lines.
