Alerts Menu

Purpose

Alerts works like an inbox for system notifications. You can:

• View alert messages.
• Open links included in an alert.
• Mark an alert as done (button text may appear as Selesai) to archive it.
• Reopen a done alert (button text may appear as Tandai belum selesai).

Targeting Rules

Some alerts are targeted based on rules, for example:

• all users
• a specific role/group
• a specific user

The app shows alerts that match the current logged-in user.

Main Sections

• Title: “Alert”
• Subtitle: inbox description (varies by app language)
• Pull-to-refresh to reload from server

Alert Card Content

Each alert card typically includes:

• Category
• Timestamp (local time)
• Message text
• Clickable URLs (e.g., https://... or www...)

Note: the system may auto-add https:// when a URL starts with www.

Mark as Done / Reopen

At the bottom of an alert card:

• Tap Selesai to mark as done.
• Tap Tandai belum selesai to mark as open again.

After a successful update, the list refreshes to stay in sync. Done alerts may appear dimmed.

If Update Fails

If status update fails:

• the app reverts the change
• an error popup is shown

Empty State

If there are no messages, you’ll see a “No messages yet” state.

Tips

• Mark handled alerts as done to keep the list clean.
• Open guide/action links directly from alerts to save time.
• If you don’t see an alert you expect, confirm you’re logged in with the correct user/role.
