Reports

In MAXsi POS, the “Reports” area helps you monitor sales, payments, stock, cash flow, and store performance. Below is a practical overview of the reports you may see and what they are used for.

1) Sales Reports

Sales

Lists POS sales transactions. You can search by reference/customer, filter by payment status/sale status/created by, open details, add payments, print/share receipts, and process returns or edits.

Non-POS Sales

Lists non-POS sales transactions. Similar workflow to Sales: filter status, open details, add payments, print/share, return, edit.

Daily Sales

Daily sales summary shown as a month calendar plus monthly totals. For Owner/Admin roles, a per-day profit detail may be available.

Monthly Sales

Yearly summary with per-month breakdown. Commonly includes sales, purchases, taxes, discounts, shipping, expenses, adjustments, and potential profit (based on server data). Warehouse selection may be available based on permissions.

Profit per Item

Profit report for a selected date range, shown per invoice and broken down per item (sell value, cost value, profit). Useful for margin checks and investigating discrepancies.

Product Sales History

Per-product sales history for a date range: date, reference, customer, biller, qty/unit, unit cost, selling subtotal, and profit. Usually supports advanced filters (biller/warehouse/user).

Best Sellers

Top-selling products for a period (often shown as M1–M4 from the server). Warehouse selection (All Warehouses or a specific warehouse) helps you focus your analysis.

Performance Charts

Sales trend charts, commonly:

  • Daily Sales (Last 2 Months) for daily patterns.
  • Last 9 Months Sales for monthly trend. For non Owner/Admin roles, the data may follow the user’s default biller.

Overview

High-level business performance chart for the last 24 months. Often includes sales, purchases, expenses, adjustments, taxes, additional charges, and stock valuation (Stock by Price/Cost) when available from the server.

2) Payments & Finance Reports

Payments Report

Shows money-in/money-out flows (for example received/sent/returned/expense) along with payment methods (cash/BRI/BNI/BCA/Mandiri). Common filters include date range, customer, supplier, user, type, and method. Tapping an amount may open the related transaction (sale/purchase/expense) if linked.

Cash Flow

Cash and financial health summary for a date range, such as:

  • received vs sent and remaining balance
  • total expenses
  • supplier payables, sales receivables, other liabilities
  • sales & profit breakdown per biller
  • payment breakdown by type and method

Cashier Reports

Cashier register open/close report per user and period. Useful for daily/monthly cash audits and checking open registers (often via an “Open only” filter).

Receivables

List of receivable sales with grand total/paid/balance. From here you can open details, add payments, and print/share receipts.

3) Stock & Adjustment Reports

Stock History

Per-product stock card for a selected warehouse and date range: opening stock, incoming, outgoing, closing stock, and transaction details (reference and notes). Helpful for stock audits and tracing changes.

Adjustment History

Summary of stock corrections per product for a warehouse and date range: number of adjustments, total additions/subtractions, net change, and cost impact.

Stock Charts

Stock totals (Total Items, Total Quantity) and stock value charts (based on server data). Supports All Warehouses or a specific warehouse.

4) Digital Products (Reload) Reports

Reload Report

Report for digital product transactions (cash withdrawal, bank transfer, topup, digital, semi digital) including totals, fees, admin charges, and potential profit. Filters commonly include date range, transaction type, biller, and warehouse.
