Online Store Website

The online store website is an “online storefront” connected to your MAXsi POS data. The idea is simple: customers can browse products, add items to cart, and place an order quickly—without long chats.

This document is intended for business owners/partners as an overview of features and the customer flow.

What You Get

  • Online product catalog: customers can browse anytime.
  • Search & filters: helps customers find items faster.
  • Clear pricing: including promo price and multiple price levels (if your products have unit/level pricing).
  • Shopping cart: customers can adjust qty, remove items, and see totals.
  • Quick order via WhatsApp: “Order to WA” button sends the order to your store WhatsApp for confirmation.
  • Light/dark theme: comfortable viewing day or night.

Customer Shopping Flow (Typical)

  1. Open Home
    • Customers see the product list.
  2. Search / filter
    • Search by keyword.
    • Filter by category/brand/promo/price range/sort order (depends on configuration).
  3. Open product detail (optional)
    • View more information and share product link.
  4. Add to cart
    • Tap the 🛒 icon to add items.
  5. Adjust cart
    • Change qty, remove items, and review totals (subtotal/shipping/tax/grand total, if applicable).
    • Some carts also allow “Search and add…” without going back to Home.
  6. Send order
    • Tap Order to WA → customer is redirected to your store WhatsApp to confirm.

Pages Customers Usually Use

  • Home: product list + filters + search.
  • Promo: products that are on promotion.
  • Product Detail: product info + share button.
  • Cart: order summary + “Order to WA”.

Operational Notes

  • Promotions: promo products show the promo price (and the normal price may be crossed out) while the promo is active.
  • Multiple prices/units: if a product has unit/level pricing (retail/wholesale), the website can show multiple options based on product data.
  • WhatsApp order: the WhatsApp number used is the one configured in your system.
  • Accounts/addresses/orders: on some configurations, the site can show address and order history for logged-in customers.

Practical Selling Tips

  • Share your store link (WhatsApp status, Instagram bio, Google Maps listing, etc.).
  • Tell customers: “Pick items → go to cart → tap Order to WA”.
  • Use the Promo page to boost promo items.
