Service Limits

MAXsi POS is designed to support business growth—from small shops to multi-outlet operations. To keep performance stable and fair for all users, MAXsi applies a limit scheme that is simple, transparent, and proportional to the service plan you choose.

These limits are not meant to block growth. They exist to keep the service reliable as transaction volume increases.

Core Principles

  • Limits are based on the number of transaction receipts/invoices, not the number of items.
  • A single receipt can contain unlimited items, based on your operational needs.
  • Limits are calculated daily (00:00–23:59 WIB).
  • Limits apply across all locations under the same account (cumulative).
  • Products, categories, customers, and suppliers are not limited.

This approach keeps MAXsi POS flexible for many business models, from small retailers to stores with large product catalogs.

Plans & Daily Receipt Limits

1 Location Plan

Rp100.000 / month

Designed for small businesses with light daily transaction volume.

Key benefits:

  • Operational support for 1 location
  • Full POS feature access

Usage limits:

  • Up to 100 receipts per day
  • No limit on items per receipt

2 Locations Plan

Rp200.000 / month

For businesses growing beyond one outlet.

Key benefits:

  • Operational support for 2 locations

Usage limits:

  • Up to 200 receipts per day (total across locations)

3 Locations Plan

Rp300.000 / month

Ideal for medium transaction volume.

Key benefits:

  • Operational support for 3 locations

Usage limits:

  • Up to 300 receipts per day (total across locations)

Linear Scaling

The limit scheme is linear and easy to understand:

LocationsDaily Receipt Limit
1100 receipts
2200 receipts
3300 receipts
nn × 100 receipts

You can upgrade your plan anytime as your business grows.

Online Store Website & Digital Transactions

The MAXsi POS online store website has no special limits such as:

  • number of products
  • number of visitors
  • catalog display

However:

  • Each website order still counts as a receipt
  • Website orders follow the same daily receipt limit of your plan
  • There are no additional limits beyond receipt count

This means offline and online sales can run together in one unified system.

Real Examples

Example 1 — 1 Location Plan (100 receipts/day)

  • 70 cashier transactions
  • 20 website orders
    ✅ Total 90 receipts → within limit

Example 2 — 2 Locations Plan (200 receipts/day)

  • 120 offline transactions
  • 95 online orders
    ❌ Total 215 receipts → exceeds limit

What Happens If You Exceed the Limit?

MAXsi POS does not automatically disable the app the moment you exceed the daily limit.

We understand spikes can happen due to promotions, busy seasons, or special events.

Our approach

  • Monitoring, not automatic blocking: usage is monitored periodically.
  • Tolerance for occasional spikes: rare overages typically don’t impact service.
  • Communication when it’s repeated: if usage frequently/consistently exceeds the plan, MAXsi will:
    • contact you directly
    • explain what’s happening and recommend next steps
    • help adjust the plan to match your needs
  • No unilateral termination: no deactivation without prior communication.

We apply this approach because MAXsi POS is designed as a long-term business partner.

Recommendation for Growing Businesses

If your business experiences:

  • higher daily transaction volume
  • growing online store orders
  • additional branches/locations

We recommend upgrading your location plan so:

  • operations stay smooth
  • peak hours remain uninterrupted
  • system performance stays optimal

Closing

MAXsi POS limits are designed to be:

  • easy to understand
  • fair for all users
  • supportive of sustainable growth

With this system, you can focus on growing your business while MAXsi keeps the infrastructure stable and ready to scale.
