Accounts Receivable Menu

Purpose

The Accounts Receivable page shows receivable transactions, totals summary, and helps you add payments, view transaction details, and print/share receipts.

Main sections

  1. Header

    • Title: Accounts Receivable Report.
    • Subtitle: number of records shown.
    • Filter icon (sliders): open customer & user filter modal.
  2. Ringkasan Total

    • Grand Total: total amount of all transactions.
    • Paid: total paid.
    • Balance: outstanding receivables.
  3. Daftar Piutang

    • Shows:
      • Customer name.
      • Reference number.
      • Transaction date.
      • Created by user.
      • Payment status (Paid/Partial/Due).
      • Warehouse.
    • Three amount chips:
      • Total: open transaction details.
      • Paid: open Add Payment modal.
      • Balance: open receipt preview.

Filtering

Tap the filter icon in the header to open the filter modal. Available filters:

  • Customer: search name/company (minimum 3 characters).
  • Created by: search username or ID (minimum 3 characters).

Note:

  • “Reset” clears filters.
  • “Apply” applies filters and reloads data.

Transaction details (modal)

Shown when tapping the “Total” chip. Shows:

  • Ref, date, customer, biller.
  • Total, paid, balance.
  • Product list (qty, price, subtotal).
  • Payment history (if any).

Add payment (modal)

Shown when tapping the “Paid” chip. Modal contains:

  • Summary (grand total, paid, balance).
  • Payment form:
    • Amount.
    • Method: cash/bri/bni/bca/mandiri.
    • Note (optional).
  • Save payment button.

Note:

  • The app will check that the register is open before adding a payment.
  • After success, data refreshes and the receipt becomes available.

Receipt preview (modal)

Shown when tapping the “Balance” chip, or after a successful payment. Buttons:

  • Print: print the receipt.
  • Share: share the receipt.
  • Close: back to the list.

Quick usage flow

  1. Use filters to narrow results (optional).
  2. Tap “Total” to view details.
  3. Tap “Paid” to add a payment.
  4. Tap “Balance” to preview, print, or share the receipt.

Tips

  • Pull down to refresh.
  • If you see “Register is not open”, open the register in POS first.
