User Profile Menu

Purpose

Profile shows a summary of the currently logged-in account, including account status, points (if available), transaction summaries, and alerts. It also provides Refresh, Logout, and Change Avatar actions.

How to Open

1. From Entry (main menu), tap Profile.
2. You’ll land on the Profile page (often with a subtitle like “Account overview”).

What You’ll See

Header

• Refresh: reload profile data.
• Logout (exit icon): end the session.

User Card

• Name (first + last) and group/role name (if available).
• Avatar photo (or initials if not set).
• Status: Active/Inactive.
• Points (if provided by server).

Summaries (Optional)

Depending on server data, you may see:

• This month summary (Sales/Purchases).
• Previous month summary.
• Alerts shortcut (with “View all” to open Alerts).

Change Avatar

Steps:

1. Tap the avatar on the user card (or Change Avatar).
2. Choose one photo from your gallery.
3. Wait for upload to finish until you see a success message.

Notes:

• While uploading, the button may show “Updating…”.
• Android may request gallery permission.
• On failure, an error message is shown.

Logout

Logout ends your session and returns to the Login screen.

Steps:

1. Tap Logout.
2. Wait until the app returns to Login.

Notes:

• The app clears session data and some cache during logout.
• If logout fails, an error message may appear.

Tips

• If the avatar or summaries don’t update, tap Refresh.
• Open Alerts from Profile to keep your inbox tidy.
