Settings: Units (Product Unit Master)

Purpose

Units manages your unit master data (for example PCS, BOX, KG). Units are used in products and transactions.

Access

  • Login required.
  • Typically Owner only.

Main Features

  • Search: “Search code/name/base”
  • Add unit: + Add button in the header
  • Edit / Delete on each unit
  • Pagination: Prev/Next

Unit Form (Add / Edit)

Common fields:

  • Code (example: PCS) — required
  • Name (example: Pieces) — required

Tips

  • Use short, consistent codes (PCS/BOX/KG) so they’re easy to select in transactions.
