Settings: Group Permissions

Purpose

Group Permissions configures permission keys for a specific user group.

Access

• Opened from Settings → User Groups → Permissions button.
• Login required.
• Typically Owner only.

Main Parts

• Search: “Search permission key…”
• Permissions grouped by module/prefix (for example sales-*, products-*).
  Keys without a prefix are usually grouped under misc.
• ON/OFF switch per permission
• All/None buttons per module
• Save button to persist changes

Read-only Mode

If a group is read-only, you may see “This group is readonly” and:

• switches are disabled
• All/None buttons are disabled
• Save is disabled

Tips

• Start with the minimum needed permissions and add more gradually.
• Changes often take effect immediately, but some sessions may require logout/login.
