Products Menu

Purpose

The Products page is used to view product lists, monitor stock, search quickly (text/voice/barcode), and open full product details including sales/purchase history.

Main sections

1. Header

   • ➕ Add Product: opens the add product form.
   • 🏬 Warehouse: choose a warehouse to filter stock.
   • ⚡ Quick Sync: refreshes local search cache for faster results.
   • ⚙️ Filter: filter stock status (danger/warning).

2. Kolom Pencarian

   • Type product name/code (auto-search after 350ms).
   • Mic: voice search.
   • Camera: scan barcode.

3. Product List

   • Shows:
     • Product name and short code.
     • Brand, category, alert qty, and unit.
     • Selling price & unit price variations (if any).
     • Stock qty with color indicators:
       • Red (danger): out of stock.
       • Yellow (warning): low stock.
   • Tap an item to open product details.

Product details (modal)

Information shown:

• Nama, kode, brand, kategori.
• Harga dasar, modal (cost), unit.
• Info promo (jika masih aktif).
• Detil harga per unit (unit 1/2/3).
• Harga per group (jika ada).
• Stock per warehouse + rack (if available).

Action buttons:

• Edit: open product edit page.
• Sync QTY: sync latest stock from server.
• Stock Hist.: view stock history.
• Purchase Hist.: view purchase history.
• Sales Hist.: view sales history.

Sales & purchase history modals

Each modal shows a history list for the selected product. Features:

• Search within history.
• Shows qty, date, and transaction value.

Warehouse selection modal

Warehouse list + “All Warehouses” option. Selecting a warehouse filters stock in the list.

Stock filter modal

Filter options:

• All products
• Danger (out of stock)
• Warning (low stock)

Quick usage flow

1. Search products by text, voice, or barcode scan.
2. Select a warehouse or apply stock filters if needed.
3. Tap a product to view details.
4. Use action buttons (Edit/Sync/History).

Tips

• Use voice search when the store is busy.
• If stock looks incorrect, use “Sync QTY”.
• Use “Warning” filter to monitor items that are almost out.
• Run “Quick Sync” after adding many products or when search feels slow.
