Settings: Tax Rates

Purpose

Tax Rates manages the tax master data used in transactions.

Access

  • Login required.
  • Typically Owner only.

Main Features

  • Search: “Search name/code…”
  • Add tax rate: + Add button in the header
  • Edit / Delete on each tax rate

Tax Rate Form (Add / Edit)

Common fields:

  • Name — required (example: VAT)
  • Code — optional (example: VAT)
  • Type — required:
    • Percentage
    • Fixed
  • Rate — required (number)

Tips

  • For VAT-style taxes, use Percentage and set Rate according to your regulation (example: 11).
